
Entering a new chapter of my Chef career, my travels have led me to the magical Taos Mountains, to the kitchen of the Austing Haus Boutique Hotel.
With over a decade of professional cooking and 30 years experience in plant based cuisine, my fresh take on comfort food will make you wish you had more room in your belly.
Redefining old classics and lightening up your grandma’s home cooking, I make meals that taste ridiculously decadent but are healthier and more Earth conscious.
With a love of homemade meals from all over the world, I hope to introduce tastes and culinary experiences that are new, exciting, yet familiar in a way that leaves you completely satisfied.
Except, of course, with room for dessert!
I use as many local and organic ingredients as I can get my hands on, and feeding people is my life’s purpose. Let me feed you!
The Austing Haus offers Cooked to Order breakfast every morning 7:00am – 10:00am. Expect the classics of eggs, potatoes, waffles and bacon. Prepare for signature dishes such as blueberry french toast, home-made quiche, huevos rancheros or Eggs Benedict.
Lunch is served from noon – 1pm daily.
Evening dinners are offered throughout the season. Dinner starts at 5:00pm and goes until 8:00pm.

Dine In: At this time we are only operating room service and to-go.
To-Go: For phone orders call 575-776-8751 . Pick a time for pick up and we will package your order for pick up. Please drive up to the front to-go pick up area and we will bring your order out to you.
Delivery: Call 575-776-8751 to place your order and delivery time. Deliveries require maximum order of $25 and we deliver within a 2 mile radius of the hotel.
Please note: With Covid-19 regulations we are no longer able to serve our Breakfast Buffet. We now offer Cooked to Order Breakfast with our same signature dishes.
